People in Your Life

This section looks at the different relationships we may have in our lives with our families, boyfriends or girlfriends, friends and acquaintances.

While relationships of all kinds can bring us a lot of happiness and fulfilment, they can also cause conflicts and problems but it's important to remember that this is completely normal.

The key to resolving unhappiness and building a good relationship is to try to be patient and understanding of any differences you might have. On top of this, it is also important to have honest, open talks with one another to discuss your concerns.

Rather than to fret about it on your own, it might also be helpful to approach someone that you trust for support and advice when things aren't going right.

These pages offer you advice when you are facing difficulties in your relationships and give you information to help you make choices and decisions.
