Lift And Prevent Summer Programme

Lift & Prevent present the summer programme for young people to get involved with over the summer holidays these sessions will include:

Health & Wellbeing Sessions –  Every Tuesday 11am till 3pm

Learn how to cook healthy along with the do’s and don’ts of dieting and exercise. Also workshops around anxiety and looking after your mental health with great taster sessions.

Employability Session  - Every Wednesdya 11am till 3pm

Get that extra bit of help with getting a job maybe its help with CV writing, meeting a careers advisor, help with moving from education to work or from comprehensive school to college life. Maybe its even just help with setting a plan to get that dream job you want.

Life Changes Project  - Every Friday 11am till 3pm

Health and wellbeing activities, acupuncture ,cooking and eating together etc. Life Changes returning each week to share in the wide amount of  activities for young people to access advice , support and activities linked to issues that may be preventing them from engaging in education , employment and +training but also the wider community.
