Urdd Gobaith

Urdd Gobaith

The Urdd is an exciting, dynamic movement for children and young people. It organises a range of different activities across Wales. We have 16 development officers who work all over Wales to ensure that the Urdd offers a full programme of activities for children and young people.

Urdd Gobaith Cymru’s Routes to the Summit project aims to raise the skills and aspirations of young people through the medium of Welsh, giving the best possible chance of future career developments and expanding opportunities to gain work related skills.

Support available to improve confidence, decision-making and basic skills to ensure better progress in school and move into higher education and employment more readily. The project will develop skills in advocacy and participation of youth issues through activities and youth forums.
